how long does it take to receive our photos and film?
You will receive a photo sneak peek gallery within 2 days of the wedding. Your final gallery will be edited and delivered within 4 - 6 weeks for you to view and download. Our wedding film delivery due date is approximately 8 - 12 weeks. This can vary depending on our backlog, however we always keep our couples up to date regarding the progress of their film.

can we add to our package and upgrade/add on extras?
Yes! Add on's like a Documentary Edit (raw footage in chronological order as a film) is one of our many add ons available, get in touch for a full list! If you have booked us and quickly realised that you are needing that little more extra coverage hours, we can easily upgrade your package for your day to cover all the moments!

Do you travel?
What Is The Wedding Guide?
Absolutely, no matter where in the world your wedding will be, we can be there! Travel fees do apply depending on location, domestic or internationally. But we can chat more about this!
Our Wedding Guide is a little thank you from us, to you! Completely complimentary for our Photo & Video Package 01 couples. Inside our 40 page Wedding Guide designed by us, you'll find handy tips and advice to get you excited for your upcoming wedding!

Can we pick our own songs for our highlight film?
In a world where this is possible, let us know! However unfortunately not, and for a long list of various reasons. First up, your wedding film needs tunes that vibe with the mood and flow right. Mainstream songs often miss that mark.
Then, there's the licensing headache. We use trusted music licensing platforms to keep things legal and shareable. Mainstream tracks can cost a fortune to obtain a licence and often a hard process. Our process is to create a playlist within our music licensing platform that we truely believe conveys the vibe of your film and your personalities. We like to give our couples a say in their music by sharing it with them and letting us know which track they like!
That way our couples have an input and know what to expect in terms of tunes.

Do you offer prints & albums?
What Is A Documentary Edit?
Prints and Albums are currently not apart of our inclusions within our packages. That being said, if you would like this to be done for you after your wedding gallery is complete, get in touch and we can organise it on our end for you.
A Documentary Edit is a seperate film of all of your raw footage from throughout the day! Lots of footage from the day don't make it into the final full highlight film, so having a Documentary Edit from your wedding day is a great bonus! You can create your own reels, send little moments to your friends and family - overall having the whole day at your finger tips, exactly how it played out!
