Custom package inclusions remain similar to our regular wedding packages, with some slight modifications we will personally tailor to you. Including shorter hours of coverage if you don't think you'll require 8+ hours.
If you're eloping at a destination outside of the Hunter Valley region, travel expenses may apply.
Shoot us an email outlining your plans, we will discuss ideas and inclusions that will best suit you with a custom quote!

You will receive a photo sneak peek gallery within 2 days of the wedding. You final gallery will be edited and delivered within 6-8 weeks for you to view and download. Our wedding film delivery due date is approximately 8 - 12 weeks. This can vary depending on our backlog, however we always keep our couples up to date regarding the progress of their film.
Absolutely! If you have decided to go down the elopement route, and find you don't require 8+ hours of coverage, we can create a custom package based off the required amount of coverage you need. i.e. 4 - 5 hours. Please contact us to arrange a custom package.
Yes! Black and white images are greatly involved throughout my portfolio and editing style, so they are included in your final gallery for no extra charge. A certain amount of colour images are edited to black and white.
Yes! We highly encourage the idea of meeting our couples before their wedding, since it allows you to get a feel of who we are and establish a relationship! This can be Zoom Meetings or in person meetings.
Engagement sessions are added into our 10 hour Photo & Video, including 10 hour Photography packages as well for this reason. We love that our couples have the opportunity to lock in the whole deal with us for their engagement session and wedding.
Luckily we have never had to miss a wedding, however if something were to go happen (sickness or serious injury), we have a strong network within our community that we can rally together. We can call up a lead photographer/videographer to cover us to make sure that you still have a team on your wedding day. We will never leave you without anyone to capture your wedding.
A Documentary Edit is a seperate film of all of your raw footage from throughout the day! Lots of footage from the day doesn't make it into the final full highlight film, so having a Documentary Edit from your wedding day is a great bonus! You can create your own reels, send little moments to your friends and family - overall having the whole day at your finger tips, exactly how it played out!

There is zero obligation to book during our catch up, so no pressure whatsoever. We want you to feel 100% comfortable and confident in your booking once we've hashed out all the finer details and answer any questions you may have for us. If you're in, We're in!
Count us both in for your date with the accepting our quote we email to you, signing of our contract and a $1,500 retainer. Credit Card payments & payment plans accepted. For payment plans please enquire with us.
